Glamorous supermodel Heidi Klum surprised everyone in 2008 when she suddenly got a tattoo down her forearm. As well as her husband’s name, the tattoo includes three stars - one for each of the model’s children.Heidi had the artwork done to celebrate renewing her marriage vows to husband Seal.
